Having not seen David in more than 2 years since he's based in Dubai, I 
was fortunate to have caught him when he came back to Singapore this week. Instead of having dinner, I accepted his offer in being his guest to attend a private function at Gotham Penthouse in Clarke Quay, where he (as the CEO of a wine company he sidelines) and his business partner Selin sponsored several bottles of French wine from Rhone Valley to the party.

Instead of having dinner, I accepted his offer in being his guest to attend a private function at Gotham Penthouse in Clarke Quay, where he (as the CEO of a wine company he sidelines) and his business partner Selin sponsored several bottles of French wine from Rhone Valley to the party.It turned out that that function was Jetstar's 3rd Anniversary celebrations, which saw a fair bit of pilots, management staff and slightly over a hundred cabin crew in attendance.
